Shipping Rates Determined by CP Online Calculator |

Shipping rates are calculated by Canada Post based on combined weight and destination. Shipping rates calculated for individual items are very accurate. When shipping multiple items, the calculator is unable to recognized when one item may be packaged inside another item. Because of this, calculated shipping fees may be higher than actual cost to ship. When this occurs, a shipping refund in the amount over actual cost to ship will be issued. When shipping multiple large items, shipping quoted at time of checkout may be much lower than actual cost to ship. In this case, an email will be sent to the customer with the actual cost of shipping and a request to proceed with order.

All items are packaged with great care using new, professional packaging materials. Breakables are packaged with at least a 2 inch cushion of Styrofoam peanuts. If an item is damaged in transit, you don't pay and you won'thave to file an insurance claim! Just send proof of shipping damage (via photos) and we'll send you a full refund (purchase price and shipping cost). |
